Lab software overview

This section describes the use of various software packages used in the lab. Note that I am making an effort to standardize this software across the lab to make it easier to collaborate and to make it easier to share knowledge. In general, open-source software is preferred, but this preference is by no means dogma. The guides in this section are in no way exhaustive. If you would like to contribute to the guides, please let me know!
